Do you only work with foreigners?
No. Most of our clients are foreign buyers, investors and entrepreneurs, but we also advise Spanish individuals and companies, in English or Spanish.
Where do you work?
In Madrid and across the Costa del Sol — Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena, Marbella and Málaga — and remotely anywhere in Spain.
How much do you charge?
We agree a fixed fee in writing before we start, so you know the cost from day one. Property purchases start at €1,990 + VAT.
Can you help me if I am not in Spain?
Yes. We work by email, WhatsApp and video call, and with a power of attorney we can sign at the notary on your behalf.
